You can slice your data in many ways with Zenobase: Using time ranges (e.g. before or after you joined the gym), by hour of day (e.g. morning vs afternoon), by location (e.g. at home or traveling) etc.
Now Zenobase will also tell you if there is a statistically significant change between any two subsets of data (e.g. do I really weigh more in winter?):
